2. What personal data is collected?

2.1 Google OAuth 2.0 authentication

When you sign in with Google, SamAlgo collects only the account data required to create and manage your user account:

• Email address: to identify your account and communicate with you.
• First and last name: to personalize your experience.
• Profile picture (optional): to display your avatar.

Google data is used only for authentication, account management and communication. It is not sold, shared for advertising or used for profiling.

Retention: Google account data is kept while your account remains active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting contact@samalgo.com or by using your account settings.

Revocation: You can revoke SamAlgo access to your Google account from your Google permissions page.

2.2 Google Calendar API

If you explicitly ask the conversational agent to manage your Google Calendar, the Google Calendar API may be used to view, create, update or delete events on your instruction.

• Event title, date, time, description, location and attendees may be processed when required by your request.
• Calendar data is processed in real time and is not stored on SamAlgo servers.
• Actions are initiated by you and require OAuth consent.

2.3 Google People API

If you explicitly ask the conversational agent to manage Google contacts, the Google People API may be used to view, search, create, update or delete contacts on your instruction.

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile pictures, organizations and postal addresses may be processed when required by your request.
• Contact data is processed in real time and is not stored on SamAlgo servers.
• Actions are initiated by you and require OAuth consent.

2.4 Contact forms

When you use a contact form, SamAlgo collects the information needed to process your request:

• Name: to identify you.
• Email address: to reply to your request.
• Phone number (optional): to contact you if you provide it.
• Message: to understand and process your request.

Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest.

Retention: up to three years after the last contact unless a longer legal obligation applies.

2.5 Technical data and cookies

SamAlgo may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, visited pages and visit duration for security, service operation and analytics.

The website uses functional Django cookies, a CSRF protection cookie, a language preference cookie and Matomo analytics cookies. You can manage cookies from your browser settings.

2.6 Payments

If payments are enabled, payments are processed through Mollie. SamAlgo does not collect or store full payment card numbers or complete banking details. Only transaction data required to execute the payment may be transmitted to Mollie.

3. Sharing of personal data

SamAlgo does not sell, rent or trade personal data. Data may be shared only when required by law, for secure hosting, for authentication through Google OAuth, for explicit Google API actions requested by the user, or for payment processing through Mollie.

4. Security and storage

The website is hosted on AWS in the United Kingdom. SamAlgo uses HTTPS, restricted access, backups and reasonable safeguard technicals to protect personal data.

Only the site owner and authorized technical processors can access personal data when needed for operation, security or support.

5. Your GDPR rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent.

Complaint to the CNIL: If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.

6. International data transfers

Some service providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
