2. Quelles données collectons-nous et pourquoi ?

2.1 Authentication via Google (Google OAuth 2.0)

To facilitate your connection to our site, we offer authentication via Google OAuth 2.0. When you choose to sign in with your Google account, we collect the following data:

• E-mail address : To identify your account and communicate with you
• First and last name : To personalize your experience on the site
• Profile picture (optional) : To display your avatar

Why do we use Google OAuth?

• Creation and management of your user account on samalgo.com

Shelf life: Your Google data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@samalgo.com or by accessing your account settings.

Revoking Google access: You can revoke SAMALGO's access to your Google account at any time through your page Google permissions.

2.2 Data collected via forms

In accordance with GDPR regulation (EU) 2016-679, we collect the following information via our contact form:

• First and last name : To identify you
• E-mail address : To respond to your request
• Message : To process your request

Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f)

Purpose: Respond to your requests, improve our services, technical support

Shelf life: 3 years from last contact

2.3 Technical data and cookies

We automatically collect certain technical data during your visit:

• IP address : For security and statistics
• Browser type : To optimize the display
• Pages visited : To improve user experience
• Duration of visit : For statistics

Analysis tool: We use Matomo (self-hosted solution in France) for our visit statistics. Matomo does not transmit any data to third parties and respects your privacy.

2.4 Payments and Financial Transactions

To manage your payments, we use the secure platform Mollie. As part of a transaction:

• Security : Your banking information is processed directly by Mollie (PCI-DSS certified) via an encrypted connection.
• Confidentialité : SAMALGO never collects, stores or has access to your credit card numbers or full payment details.
• Shared data: Only the data necessary for the execution of the transaction (amount, currency, order number) is transmitted to Mollie.

3. Sharing your data

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Legal obligation : If the law requires us to do so (judicial investigation, etc.)
• Secure hosting : Amazon Web Services (AWS) héberge notre site au Royaume-Uni (eu-west-2) - AWS est conforme RGPD
• Google OAuth : For authentication only (no additional data sharing)
• Mollie : For the secure processing of your payments (Payment Service Provider)
